Carolyn Tully Carpenter is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and currently the Center Director of Connecting Dots. Primary responsibilities include overseeing support groups, job training, social skills training, sensitivity training and providing various consultative services to those ages 16 and up. Before moving to the Atlanta area, she worked for the University of Florida-Center for Autism and Related Disabilities where her focus was training parents and school personnel on best practices to decrease maladaptive behavior/increase functional skills on a consultative basis. Carolyn received her Masters Degree from Auburn University in Applied Behavior Analysis/Developmental disabilities. She has experience with adults, adolescents, and preschool age children. Her primary interests include equipping teenagers and young adults with the skills needed to maximize their potential in society, specifically focusing on increasing the skills necessary for successful employment and increased independence as well as decreasing any barriers to the acquisition of these skills.
