Position : Full time/Part time BCBA
Location : Gwinnett, Dekalb, Fulton, Forsyth Counties
Job Description : Provide home based and/or clinic based supervision and/or direct services to clients with intellectual disabilities, ASD, and/or problem behaviors, as well as staff and parent training. Develop and implement programming based on assessments, data analysis and the individualized needs of the client.

Qualifications :

Master’s degree in ABA or a related field
Certification from BACB
You must have access to reliable transportation, and be able to meet deadlines
You must work well in a team and accept feedback willingly
You must communicate effectively with families and community partners

Responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing behavior plans which include but are not limited to targeting:

  • Social skills
  • Communication skills
  • Toileting
  • Feeding
  • Daily Living Skills
  • Parent Training Objectives
  • Staff and Caregiver Training
  • Conducting behavioral therapy sessions in homes, schools, and in the community
  • Providing services to clients using a team approach
